Grace Cook

Grace graduated from the University of New England with a Bachelor of Law/ Bachelor of Arts and holds a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law. She was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales.

Grace practices family law, wills, enduring guardians, and power of attorney at Wagga Family Lawyers. Grace practices in all areas of Family Law including parenting and property matters, and legal aid matters. She  regularly attends parenting and property mediations and appears on behalf of clients in the Family and Federal Circuit Courts. Grace understands that separation can be overwhelming and stressful, and is committed to a caring approach to obtain the best results for her clients. When drafting parenting plans or consent orders, Grace focusses on balancing the individual needs of the client and the requirements of the Court while taking into consideration how the agreement may affect every day logistics for clients.

Outside of work, Grace enjoys reading and spending time with her loved ones.
